New to the Volkl collection the Yumi 84 is a playful freeride ski that is easy to handle and suitable for intermediate to advanced skiers. One of the standout features of this ski is the titanal binding platform surrounded by a glass frame, this increases the strength of the ski whilst ensuring that the binding screws are locked in place. Overall, the Yumi 84 provides a smooth skiing experience whilst also feeling lively underfoot.

Rocker profile places rocker in the tip and tail, perfect for gliding over the powder. This profile increases the skis manoeuvrability both on and off the piste.

Multilayer wood core combines beech and polar wood. Strands of harder beech wood are placed under the bindings to increase the strength of the ski in the highest impact zone. Whilst light poplar wood sits around the beech and in the tips to keep the weight to a minimum.

Titanal binding platform is a 3mm thick layer that sits under the bindings to increase the strength of the ski and improve the screw hold in the harshest conditions.

Full sidewall protect your core and run the full length of the ski. The sidewall also helps to transfer power from the centre of the ski to the tips.

3 radius sidecut uses 3 radii on one ski to give you maximum turning ability and speed versatility. Long tip and tail radius allows you to make big turns at high speeds whilst a tight centre radius allows you to make quick and short turns at low speeds.
